This week's reviewed movie is:
Iron Man

Gene the Barber

Snick the Sidekick

Gordie the Barber

There's no question Iron Man will please fans as well as moviegoers of all ages.

That's because it's loads of fun, action-packed, and filled with good actors and characters.

They have effectively updated the time origin to more modern times, making it work really well.

This might be the best super hero movie ever, and you can thank Robert Downey, Jr., who is perfectly cast.

This is a see-twice movie for myself.

Iron Man is easy to relate to -- he isn't from another planet, he wasn't exposed to massive amounts of radiation, and his parents weren't killed in front of him as a child.

He's just like you or me, if we were born billionaire industrialists.

Robert Downey, Jr. IS Iron Man -- he's what makes this such an enjoyable romp through the Marvel Comics saga. (That and several hundred million dollars of special effects.)

Iron Man, starring Robert Downey, Jr., the 43-year-old former Hollywood bad boy and onetime Oscar nominee is thrilled at playing a super hero and enjoying his moment.

He is clearly excited tat this chance to prove himself anew as an actor and join Hollywood's brotherhood of action heroes.

The movie is adapted from the long-running Marvel Comics series Iron Man, that tells the story of Tony Stark, a brilliant munitions ruler who becomes a crime-fighting knight in high-tech armor after a brush with death.
