MATRIX REVOLUTIONS

I think the actors pretty much take a back seat to the action in this film, but for many of us these movies make sense only in the broadest terms.

It's sometimes confusing, but still entertaining.

The Matrix Reloaded got most of the mumbo-jumbo out of the way, so if you haven't seen the first two, it will be harder to follow along.

This is a fairly straightforward futuristic action flick, and a pretty good one at that.

Matrix Revolutions is bigger and better--a bigger disappointment with better effects.

Yes, it has enough CGI eye candy to satisfy the most demanding video game enthusiast, but also manages to end with a thud, from its banal dialogue to the final computer-generated fist fight. (Fist fight? That's what we were waiting for?)

A disappointing end to a potentially great series.

Everything that has a beginning has an end.

The Matrix's third installment comes to an end with loud, clamorous, warfare revolutions.

There's a larger-than-life battle between man and machines that is done with enough technical skill to keep the attention of most viewers.

I liked the big-budget special effects and the high-tech musical score, especially during the end credits.
