THE MATRIX RELOADED

The Matrix Reloaded will make little sense to someone who hasn't seen the original and might challenge some that have.

Even if you don't completely understand everything, you can't help but be flabbergasted by the intense action and innovative ways in which it is filmed.

Your jaw will drop open in amazement with all the groundbreaking ideas. This movie will leave you feeling like running around the block to drain off the extra energy.

A cross between a video game and an advanced philosophy class, The Matrix Reloaded is quite possibly the most confusing sequel ever made.

Brilliant kung-fu fighting and action sequences are tacked together with no plot, which is explained away by "choices," "reprogramming," and "reprogrammed choices."

Twice this reviewer was lulled into near-unconsciousness thanks to pointless dialog and a monotonous dance sequence.

Bigger isn't necessarily better--or was it just a dream?

The picture has taken 4 years of work and more than $300 million to deliver the first of two sequels to the 1999 film that shoved Star Wars aside and changed the way movies look and sound.

The action sequences and special effects are very much like what we saw before, only bigger.

There is an introduction of many more characters, and it's far more complex. This is one of the largest cinematic undertakings ever.

If you can pass or filter through the heavy, wordy thoughts, The Matrix Reloaded can be a wonderful fun leap into the science fiction future.
